What we do to increase diversity and inclusion
MGA Thermal has a DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) Committee that meets regularly to ensure our commitments to diversity are informed and complete.
We are actively engaging and participating with local DEI groups to hear a wide variety of experiences - as well as supporting our employees to found DEI groups such as Newcastle Women and Gender Diverse People in Tech.
We frequently review our hiring process to ensure no candidates were unfairly disadvantaged.
We have also set targets to increase our diversity as we scale our team.
Since beginning our gender diversity initiative, we have significantly increased gender diversity in MGA Thermal.
